This department operates under the supervision of the CEO, and its main stakeholders include all employees of Jam Petrochemical Company and their families, contract personnel, the Pars Special Economic Energy Zone Organization, and recruitment applicants.

The Human Resources Development Management strives to utilize the latest international human resource practices, along with a precise understanding of current strengths and areas for improvement.
